TOPIC # 2- HIV TESTING AND MEDICAL CHECK UPS FOR DONORS AND VAMPIRES
AND SANGUINE SUPPLEMENTS.
all vampires and donors should have a current medical physical,
immunized against Hepatitis, HPV, all other vaccinations available in
addition to being tested for HIV. Also Vampires and donor should be
checked out to make sure they do not have any staph or any other
infections before sanguine feeding/donorship. Vampires: House of Sheol
Vampire Coven does not support any none safe vampire feeding/
donorship; so please
everyone if you are blood drinkers check your health.  Vampires: House
of Sheol Vampire Coven does not support any Sanguine feeding/Donorship
of minors. That means if you are under 21 this coven does not endorse
are support you drinking blood. You should be tested for HIV before
you become a donor/blood drinking vampire and everytime you change
donors or vampires. Pretty much the same rules for being tested for
HIV concerning sexual partners apply to for Donors and Vampires. Also
Good dental health is a must. I have never been one to drink straight
from the vein. I always dip blood in tea bags and freeze it; then
drink it as a tea. If you do drink straight from the vein you want to
make sure you do not have gum disease, bleeding gums, or open sores on
the gums. Some Vampires use Dental Dams to be more neat and clean.

1. All vampire sanguine implements should be sterile and single use.

4. Keep some numbs it or something to ease any pain your donor
may have.

Psi Feeding-this is a very good supplement. I am convinced that ALL
vampires are hybrids and can psi feed; if they would only practice

ghost, willing souls that have past on to the ethereal realm,
fairies, leprechauns, elves, any kin, humans, unicorns, mermaids,

spirit realm; but if you do not that is OK we all have different

received. Also you can use this energy to do healing energy work on
others. (giving and receiving energy are both important).

Elemental feeding-You can take the prana or energy out of Earth, Wind,
Fire, Water. Remember to give back to such as; if you draw energy
from trees maybe plant a tree or donate to the rainforest. If you
draw energy from water/storms or rivers support a project to stop
pollution.

I have found that by doing all this above I only have to sanguine
feed
2-3 times a year.

HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD A VAMPIRE SANGUINE FEED A YEAR?

This is of course a personal preference for the vampire and donor:
I always believe less is best and supplementing with alternatives
example: sanguine supplements, prana/psi feeding, and elemental
feeding. I usually feed off human blood three times a year. It is
usually no more than a 1/4 of a cup. I mix it with other stuff like
blueberry, promegranate, acaui, or Eves Beef, Iron and Wine which has
peptides in it as well as iron. I would rather have too little for my
sake than take too much blood from a donor. I know some vampires are
very dramatic; like they will just die if they do not have blood.
Vamps like that have been watching too much television. Most Vampires
lived without blood, psi feeding, or elemental feeding until they had
their awakening to being immortal vampires through reincarnation and
the desire to feed was heightened after this awakening.

It is a quality of life issue really; vampires feel better and
function better when allowed to feed. But not being able to feed off
Vampire Donors is not going to kill you. All the Donors I know think
donating three times is more than enough. Donors have lives, careers,
and relationship with other people. A vampire should not be feigning
for Vampire Energy sources to the point that it is disruptive to the
Donors Life. You do not want the Donor looking at their cell phone
thinking “It is that fool again.” Vampire Feeding and Vampire
donorship is exchange of energies; and should be treated as such. You
do not want to make your donor feel like they are a dope dealer and
you the vampire junkie has got to get a fix. I think this is were
chanting, meditation, working out, addressing any none vampire related
health issues is important. The stronger you are physically,
spiritually, and mentally the less you need vampire feeding; and when
do feed the more pleasant it is for the donor and you.

I think certain conditions can trigger a desire for more vampire
feeding. These triggers are as followed with now particular order and
not a complete list: 3

1.  Depression
2.  Bi-Polar Disorder
3.  Fibromyalgia
4. Chronic Pain Syndrome
5. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
6. Myofascial Pain Syndrome
7. Lupus
8. Cancer
9. Expanding too much energy doing rituals, spell work, and healings
10. Migraines
11. Arthritis
12. Morbid Obesity
13. Anorexia
14. Bulemia
15. Fibroid Tumors
16. Angina, Cardiac Spasms/Seizures none specfic not due to blockages
17. A Hard Pregnancy (if trying to conceive Vampire couples should not
engage in
      any sanguine feeding; nor should the pregnant or nursing vampire
mom engage
      sanguine feeding.) Pretty much any physical condition that
drains physical energy can translate into draining some vampire
energies.

I have never been pregnant; but I did raise my little sister who is
now 21. Once I had legal custody of her I did not sanguine feed until
she was legally a grown up.

These are just a few conditions that if are not under control, care of
a doctor then they could trigger a desire for more vampire feeding
